Idol Chat

IDOL CHAT is a high energy, farcical comedy, which begins at the death of Bettie Page who was one of the most controversial pin-up girls of the 20th Century. What happened when she died? In her afterlife she will meet four very recognisable icons and discover that even after death, life can still be very complicated.

Red Betrayal

Reviews for RED BETRAYAL April 2010

"It is a human journey, full of eye-opening and emotional tales... It is very important play in light of the political goings-on of our time and it is important to remember Josef Stalin's reign of terror... The use of space and lighting was excellent, and the direction? Perfection!"
Sara Ratcliffe, Bullet Magazine

"Red Betrayal is an example of what 4Front have come to do best. The company has a talent for juxtaposing the sinister with black comedy to create a visceral sense of tangible tension... Showing tender scenes of solidarity between husband and wife alongside chilling scenes of intimidation and betrayal, the play is both brutal and beautiful."
Sarah Holt, Lincolnshire Echo

"The use of multimedia was extremely effective... The script was clearly thought through and every word was meaningful... There were many chilling moments in Red Betrayal, helped with the use of lighting which was constantly dark and matched with the themes of fear and terror... the audience saw why this performance group is one to watch in the future."
Ashleigh Gray, The Linc
